This was painted from a photo taken in 2019 from a trip with friends near the Summer Isles in Scotland. I loved this for its sense of expansiveness with the mountains and landscape sprawling out ahead and the sky drawing the eye forward too. The spaciousness of the Scottish landscape always brings me peace!
